Our two bed two bath + den units are perfect for travel nurses wanting to share space with another travel nurse/medical profession.

Our Two bed two bathrooms + den apartment boasts a contemporary open concept living and dinning area which leads to a covered big/medium size balcony for outdoor relaxation.

The open concept kitchen features quart countertops, stainless steel appliances. The primary bedroom features one queen size bed. It includes a full ensuite with walk-in-closet and a full bathroom. The second bedroom with a closet also feature a queen size bed. This bedroom has its own full private bathroom.

A washer and dryer is in the unit and a den for extra space.

Royal Residence is located in downtown Kamloops which is 11.5 km from the airport. It takes about 20 minutes by car. There are taxi services ( KAMI Cabs) and airport shuttle. They will cost between $30-$45.

How to get the keys to the unit?

The host will personally welcome the guest.

The host will do a detail walk through of the unit with the guest. Keys will be handed over upon the completion of the walk through.

Are there any convenience store available near Royal Residence?

Yes, Royal Residence is conveniently located in the heart of downtown , Kamloops. Stores like -- Save On Food, London Drugs, Denny's, various fast food joints and rastuarants are located in walking distence.

Is House Keeping available?

Yes, House keeping services are available upon request with extra charge.

Are pets allowed in the unit?

No, pets are not allowed in the unit.

Is smoking/vaping allowed?

Smoking and Vaping are strickly probhibited inside the unit. Smoking may be allowed outside the unit in the designated smoking area.
